Sohema is Launched
TP Systems Ltd. today announced the launch of a new venture to bring to market Sohema; integrated case management software for government health and human services (HHS) programs.
Sohema builds upon TP Systems' experience with its previous case management software products in the marketplace and its 30 years of professional services, in working with government clients.
Sohema is currently in development and is expected to be generally available Q1 2010. Several controlled release implementations are currently underway.
Government HHS programs today face many challenges. Most notable are the financial pressures brought about by the economic downturn which began in 2008. Rip and replace initiatives costing upwards of tens of millions of dollars and spanning many years will no loner be viable.
States and counties moving forward will expect and demand the technological enablement of their HHS programs in a more timely and cost-effective manner. Sohema has been designed specifically to address this market need.
Sohema's design offers the best of both worlds; the out-of-the-box functionality of commercial off-the-shelf applications, as well as the flexibility and robustness of a configurable application framework.
