Why Sohema?

An aging population, shrinking labor markets, as well as widening gaps between rich and poor have accentuated the need for services provided by governmental and non-governmental agencies to the public. Yet, due to the economic downturn and tight fiscal environment, these agencies are being asked to more with less.
To be better able to address these challenges, health and human services providers are therefore seeking to:

  • Implement more effective and efficient service delivery through multiple channels,
  • Increase the flexibility of their organizational structures and improve their ability to adapt to evolving mandates,
  • Reduce duplication and optimize business processes.

New tools, methods and approaches are needed to help support these objectives, whereby, a case management system can be a powerful enabler.

In simplest form, a case management system can be used track participants and interactions, as well as track efforts and report back to funders.

With the Sohema case management system, service providers can focus on what they do best – helping people. Routine tasks such as collecting information, administering programs and managing client and case files can be performed productively and cost-effectively, allowing case workers to spend more time direct time with clients, while giving managers more time to plan services.

Social services organizations today, however, need to understand more; specifically, the impact of their efforts. Sohema can help providers not only improve the quality of their services, but also improve participant and organizational outcomes. Sohema is a powerful, flexible tool because it is highly configurable to the unique processes and outcome reporting needs of any organization or program need. Being easy to configure and use greatly enhances the results you can expect to see, including:
